Grace Summers

Grace’s background in marketing from Florida State University, combined with her experience as both a researcher and marketing assistant, has made her what she describes as a “marketing generalist.” Paired with a natural aptitude for organization and a passion for helping people, her acquired skills allow her to fit seamlessly into her role as a project coordinator at Taproot.

Grace approaches her work as though it were a puzzle to be completed, finding satisfaction by bringing structure and clarity to the many moving parts that make up a typical day. She practices optimizing tasks into their most efficient forms both in her professional and personal life. While her work style could certainly be described as “Type-A,” she believes curiosity, creativity and humor are the key ingredients to success.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys tending to her garden, exploring new walking trails and hunting for treasures at estate sales. She also devotes a considerable amount of time to ensuring her English Labrador, Moose, is living his happiest possible life.

Whether at work or at home, Grace tries not to take things too seriously and believes the best approach to life is learning how to maintain peace somewhere between order and chaos.
