Blair has led numerous award-winning campaigns, providing key insights with her expertise in information architecture, client relations, and strategic planning. She acts as an invaluable link between the client and Taproot, creating an all-important bond that facilitates the communication of smart ideas and shrewd choices that make everyone better at what they do.
Prior to joining Taproot, Blair worked with the Florida State University Foundation as Development Officer for the College of Social Work, where she was responsible for cultivating alumni relations and securing monetary gifts to the college. In fiscal year 2011, she raised more than $300,000, marking a significant increase in contributions compared to previous years, and despite the lingering economic recession. Blair also served as an advisor to the Dean and the internal marketing committee on matters relating to the college’s external communication initiatives. She got her start in the industry working with an award-winning, Florida- based advertising agency, where she managed accounts for clients in the banking, real estate and development industries and served as lead on multiple ADDY award-winning campaigns.
Blair – who talks with her hands, loathes lulls in conversation and has happily participated in a little game we call, Will Blair Fit? – is a genuine extrovert who loves staying involved in the community through volunteering and networking events. She is a Past President of the local American Advertising Federation, currently serves on the Mayor’s Family Friendly Employers Task Force and was selected as a 2018 Knight Creative Communities Institute (KCCI) Catalyst. In her “free time,” you’ll find Blair soaking up time with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Donovan and Emory.
