Blair Gregg

They say good things come in small packages, and Blair fits that bill. Her carbonated personality and big heart stand in stark contrast to her tiny frame – and so does her ability to crack the proverbial whip, constantly pushing us to beat every deadline and exceed every expectation.

Blair has led numerous award-winning campaigns, providing key insights with her expertise in information architecture, client relations, and strategic planning. She acts as an invaluable link between the client and Taproot, creating an all-important bond that facilitates the communication of smart ideas and shrewd choices that make everyone better at what they do.

Previously, Blair worked with the Florida State University Foundation as the development officer for the College of Social Work, where she managed fundraising, alumni relations and marketing. Before that, she worked for an agency where she managed marketing and advertising efforts for clients in the banking and real estate development industries.

Blair – who talks with her hands, loathes lulls in conversation and has happily participated in a little game we call, Will Blair Fit? – is a genuine extrovert who loves staying involved in the community through volunteering and networking events. She is a Past President of the local American Advertising Federation, currently serves on the Mayor’s Family Friendly Employers Task Force and was selected as a 2018 Knight Creative Communities Institute (KCCI) Catalyst. In her “free time,” you’ll find Blair soaking up time with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Donovan and Emory.
